Author Archives: Natasha Wynn

Natasha started dancing at the age of 3 and although no longer dances professionally, movement is still a huge part of her everyday life as a fitness instructor and yogi. Dance Flow Lift was born out of a career change and an increased interest in the health and fitness industry. Already an established barrecore instructor, Natasha now has plans to open her own dance / fitness studio (in 3-5 years!) along with currently studying for an Advanced Diploma in Nutrition. Writing about all things health, fitness and yoga, Natasha wants to encourage people to lead happy, balanced lives and to try new, challenging things. You’ll find posts about her personal health choices, injuries, food idea, new classes / workouts to try and product / sportswear reviews (because nobody wants to wear see-through leggings!) but never a fab diet or quick fix. Everything in moderation!
