When will you receive your FREE £20 Molton Brown gift card:

You will receive your gift card by post within 14 days of completing a Gift Subscription order at magazine.co.uk by 23:59 on 22/03/20 (while stocks last). Please note that the gift card will be shipped to the billing address on the order and only one free gift card is available per customer / household.

4. This offer excludes all direct debit and single issue orders.

12. Use of your £20 Molton Brown gift card constitutes acceptance of their Terms and Conditions and we, therefore, recommend you read them carefully.
13. Molton Brown gift cards remain the property of Molton Brown, who maintains the right to cancel the card in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so.
14. The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card. Please note Molton Brown gift cards cannot be used in any Molton Brown counters within department stores or gift shops within hotels.
15. The maximum amount that an individual Molton Brown gift card can hold is £1,000; this limit cannot be exceeded by performing balance transfers.
16. You can Top-Up or perform a Balance enquiry at any Molton Brown Stores by taking your card to the till point. You can perform Balance enquiries via the Molton Brown websites.
17. Online delivery charges apply for orders under £49, see; www.moltonbrown.co.uk/store/delivery for details. Delivery charges also apply if purchasing from another Molton Brown country website and can be found on that website.
18. Your £20 Molton Brown gift card will be valid until 31.12.20, after which any remaining balance will be removed and the card will become invalid and no longer available for use.
19. In cases where your Molton Brown gift card is lost or stolen, Molton Brown is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. Molton Brown cannot be held responsible for any balance lost on a Molton Brown gift card as a result of theft or fraud. All Molton Brown gift cards have a unique PIN number hidden by a security panel on the back of the card which is required for online purchases.
20. Molton Brown or the promoter cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use where the card number and/ or PIN have become known to another party.
21. Should your Molton Brown gift card become damaged, Molton Brown will be able to replace the card providing you still have the card in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.
22. Customers may use their Molton Brown gift card in any participating country (the UK, US and Republic of Ireland) or via our websites regardless of the country in which the card was purchased. Should you choose to use your Molton Brown gift card outside of the country it was purchased in, foreign exchange rates applicable on the date of the transaction will apply to any transactions performed. Please note any redemptions, balance enquiries, top-ups and balance transfers will be reflected in the currency applicable to the country you are using it in.
23. Should you return product(s) purchased using a Molton Brown gift card for an exchange of a lesser value, any refund amount due will be credited to the original method of payment. In the event that you may have discarded your Molton Brown gift card, a new Card will be issued to you with the refund amount applied.
24. If a partial refund is made for any purchase using a Molton Brown gift card and another method of payment, then any refund amount owing will be credited to the Molton Brown gift card in the first instance.
25. If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid by Molton Brown gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment used (debit/credit card or cash).
26. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Molton Brown is final.
27. This Molton Brown Gift Card offer cannot be used after an order has been placed or in conjunction with any other offer and there is no cash alternative.
28. This offer is exclusive to the person it was sent to and cannot be redeemed by Molton Brown employees, shared amongst friends and family or used for commercial purposes.
29. The Promoter and anyone professionally connected to this promotion cannot guarantee the quality and/or availability of the service and product offered.
30. The Promoter and Molton Brown reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time and offer an alternative of equal value or less.
