As a fashion marketing graduate and fashion blogger, you could say my life pretty much revolves around style! For the past three years my life has been all about fashion; reading style magazines, keeping up to date with the industry and aspiring to own the latest ‘It’ bag. I never got round to buying a copy of Porter magazine but it was always on my to-do list, and I can now definitely confirm that it doesn’t disappoint!

Over the past few years my consumption of magazines reduced. I spent a lot of time online and had thus forgotten about my previous love for print. I used to subscribe to Glamour, Cosmopolitan, Company and Elle, but this dwindled down to just one remaining subscription.

However, I've definitely rekindled my love for a great magazine. I ran myself a nice bubble bath, lit a few candles and had my copy of Porter in hand. It was a lovely, relaxing evening and it was great to give my eyes a break from staring at a screen and to look at actual paper for once! I'll definitely be buying into more magazines again, as it was truly brilliant to escape the online world for an hour or two.

The magazine itself is gorgeous, full of inspiring imagery and bursting with fashion inspiration. It is high-end (but this is Net-a-Porter so it is expected) but it certainly had me dreaming. I was particularly thrilled to find a travel section at the end of the magazine which had me wanderlusting no end; I'm always making travel plans and trying to find new destinations to put on my 'places to visit' list.

Enviable fashion, beauty and travel - Porter has it all! The perfect gift for any fashionista in your life.
