Harper's Bazaar: February 2015

Titled 'The A-List Issue', this month's Bazaar focuses its glossy, oh-so-polished lens to Gwyneth Paltrow and Eddie Redmayne, highlighting the former's many accomplishments and recent struggles (conscious uncoupling, ring any bells?) and the latter's rising stardom following the release of 'The Theory of Everything', based on the life of Stephen Hawking.

Bazaar always gives a little nod to 'how the other half live', but I am always impressed with the composition and art behind the photography, styling and beauty of the editorial fashion features. With regard to the upcoming LFW A/W15, this months' Harper's Bazaar gave us a real insight into the top trends for S/S15, highlighting florals, denim and 70s styles in particular.

My two favourite features were the travel piece (exploring India - beautiful photography, and wanderlust-stirring in many parts) and an interview with the Countess of Wessex, who appears very much the modern and refreshing Royal. A great glossy to flick through on a Sunday morning!

Glamour Magazine: February 2015

The beautiful Jessica Chastain fronts the cover for this month's Glamour, which has been a longtime favourite for us. Glamour is always full of illuminating, interesting and downright brilliant features, with educational pieces on politics and health alongside fashion and beauty tutorials - speaking to a multitude of women, and the many diverse interests each reader may hold.

We love the monthly 'Hey, it's ok...' (this month's favourite - Hey, it's ok... to try and open your front door with your car key fob. Been there) and the regular updates on high street fashion to rival catwalk offerings.

Perhaps most poignant for us this issue - 'End Monday morning dread for good'. Following a recent job move and promotion between us, we are both big advocates for following your gut and always read tips for making the best out of our skills and following our dreams.

Make sure you pick up a subscription to Glamour today - it's jam packed full of great articles guaranteed to make you laugh, keep you informed and leave you inspired.
