Homegrown Kitchen is a new monthly magazine from Key Publishing for passionate growers and home cooks who love to celebrate food from fork to plate. Each issue will blend expert gardening guidance with inspiring seasonal recipes - helping readers to grow, garden and cook with confidence.

Readers will discover what to plant and when, learn hands-on techniques from gardening pros, and enjoy vibrant dishes crafted from backyard bounty. Editor and Guild Member Ciar Byrne has been a journalist and editor for more than 25 years. Since January 2023 she has been the Gardening Columnist for the Daily Mail on Saturday and she regularly contributes to other magazines including Gardens Illustrated. Twelve years ago, she went back to study horticulture at Plumpton College in East Sussex, gaining an RHS Level 2 Certificate in the Principles of Horticulture. She also has a Diploma in Garden Design from the English Gardening School at the Chelsea Physic Garden.
